2 Large Eggs 50g Plain Flour 125mils Semi Skimmed Milk 200g Half Fat Creme Fraiche 100g Strawberries 10 ml olive oil
Sieve the flour and whisk in the eggs and milk. Set aside. Cut the strawberries into pieces and mix with the creme fraiche. In a none stick pan, use a small frying pan, heat the oil and pour in 1/4 of the mixture. Cook for about 1 minute, turn and cook for a further minute. Cook all four pancakes and split the strawberry creme fraiche between them. Serve immediately.
